Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – In-Person Mental Health Counselor
Location: Boise, ID
Schedule: Flexible, Full-Time (Choose Your Own Schedule)
Compensation: CPT based - $30–$50/hr (equivalent)
EverCare Mobile Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our team in providing high-quality mental health services to individuals in residential and long-term care settings. We offer clinical supervision for those pursuing their LCSW, ensuring a structured path for professional growth and licensure advancement.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy to residents experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges.
- Conduct assessments (e.g., CDAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with PMHNPs, facility staff, and primary care providers to coordinate care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
Qualifications
- Active LMSW or LPC license in Idaho (required).
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
- Strong clinical skills and passion for serving individuals in long-term care settings.
- Willingness to engage in supervision (for LMSWs working toward LCSW licensure).
