About the Role
EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy the diagnostic side of social work, with a primary focus on conducting Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments (CDAs) for all new clients and updating annual CDAs.
This position is fully remote, does not require oversight responsibilities, and allows you to work independently while contributing meaningfully to client care.

Responsibilities
- Complete Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments (CDAs) for all new clients.
- Conduct annual updates of client CDAs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the agency’s EHR system.
- Ensure compliance with state and insurance requirements.
Qualifications
- Active LCSW License in Idaho or Oregon (Required).
- Must maintain licensure and remain in good standing throughout employment.
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
