EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a PMHNP to support residents in long-term and residential care settings. We partner with facilities to provide consistent, evidence-based mental health services that improve outcomes and quality of life. Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy
- Develop treatment plans and collaborate with care teams and families
- Document care accurately in EHR
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination
Compensation Model
Visit-based reimbursement, including:

- Initial evaluations (90792, 99345)
- Follow-up care (99214, 99215)
- Psychotherapy with medication (90833)
- Crisis/extended services (as applicable)
Qualifications
- Active PMHNP or PMHCNS license
- Idaho licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- EHR proficiency

Compensation: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
